kitchen fire/smoke damage (minor)

My tenant had a fire on the stove. Mantle is a little charred so will need sanding back and painting, a few tiles are a little loose above mantle and need securing. Kitchen is grey with soot so cupboards, ceiling and walls need a coat of paint. Kitchen is no more than about 9 square metres of floor space and standard ceiling height.
