Sand and repaint kitchen cabinetry. Paint ceilings and doors of 3 bed home

We need help asap to sand and re-paint our rentals kitchen cabinetry. It is a medium-sized kitchen. We also need the ceilings & doors of the entire (3 bedroom) home painted. May also have additional work painting the internal walls. They currently are wallpapered and we are still trying to decide the best option for these.
