House exterior maintenance and painting

Old house needs to be prepared for painting. One third has lead paint so needs to be stripped while the other two thirds needs a light sand as there is only one coat of paint. Some rotten weatherboards will need to be replaced. Most of the windows are old wooden push out ones. The roof also needs to be painted. This is a 1400 sqm home. I will possibly replace the spouting.
