My roof is in need of a waterblast and paint. It is about 120sq metres and a gentle slope. A roofer recently checked it and said it was in good condition and all screwed down so no extra work required to the waterblast and paint ( 2 coats ) I have the paint already as it needed to match my neighbours roof ( an adjoining flat )
