Painting job of rental going to market.

Total house size 100 sqm. Ceiling painted in lounge and kitchen. (fly spots need to be cleaned off first - not sure if this would be part of your job). Walls painted in lounge / dining and hall way. Hall is in good condition for painting. Lounge has good vinyl wall paper. I want this painted over - not stripped - some joints may need to be cut back and filled. the house is being prepped for sale - so this is a post tenant tidy up. There is also a med sized bed room that will require painting - in tidy condition for painting.
