Two stories bigger home to be painted fully white on the exterior and the roof re painted in a resene roof colour system also (requires scaffolding to be included), the deck rail and uprights to be painted along with all of the decking to be oiled. There is also a single level garage which will also require a roof and the exterior to be painted. Then there is one more garage we have to be done single level simple roof and exterior. All to be water blasted well first. We want someone at a good rate with a good eye for detail and great finish for the job. There is accommodation at the property if it is required and negotiated.
