Repaint bathroom ceiling

Bathroom ceiling in rental property is in poor shape. Bathroom size is approx 2.3 m x 2.2 m. Need to sand and prepare the ceiling for new paint finish. Then paint using suitable bathroom (moisture resistant) ceiling paint. Dulux and Resene paints only. Quote to include all materials. This is a working bathroom for a family of four. Care to be taken when undertaken the work i.e. clean up after working etc In your quote please let me know how long it would take, how many coats you plan to apply and all inclusive cost.
