Full exterior repaint including all window and door frames, soffit, subfloor panel, weather boards. Incluing one small wooden shed (around 6 square meters) Existing paint is in very poor condition (20+ years old), significant preparation would be needed. Windows will be reputtied prior (17 Jan). You must view the house to ensure the quote is accurate based on the condition of the existing paint.
