Internal Painting of a Whole House
Job description
Paint 2 coats on the walls, coving and ceilings. Windows and door frames and skirting boards excluded, however these to be masked off and cut in by painter. Paint will be supplied. However, new, good quality brushes and rollers to be supplied by the painter. The rooms are: 1. Open plan kitchen shared with open plan family room. 2. Formal lounge. 3. Dining room. 4. Front entrance hallway. 5. Main bedroom with walk in wardrobe into a bathroom on-site. 6. 2nd & 3rd bedroom. 7. Seperate bathroom and toilet. 8. Laundry. 9. Hallway. NB. Garage excluded. Standard ceiling height at 2.4m. Floor plans and pictures can be provided on request. Work to completed by 14-Dec.

Carmine is a real pleasure to have as my contractor. His workmanship is second to none. He is such a perfectionist. He completed the job in less time than planned at th agreed cost which was very reasonable. Carmine communicated his painting plans each day as well as his arrival and departure days and times. He was trustworthy to the extent that we often left him by himself whilst we ran errands. I would use him again and recommend him to any prospective employer. Thanks Carmine.
