Clean, sand and repaint the outside of the house, including eves. House is a traditional state house, cedar wood. House area is 100m2, single storey, so estimate wall area from that. Timeframe - mid March 2022 onwards.

Very thoughtful, respectful, tidy, easy to deal with. I added to the original job posting which was accommodated without hassle. All works done within timeframe, good quality, and on budget. A small touch up was needed a week after the job was completed, and Kiet responded within days to attend to it. Highly recommend.
