Sth Auckland Rental

Due to a leak from the roof of our rental property in Manurewa, our bathroom ceiling went from having a small crack in it (which leaked when it rained) to now having a larger crack and a sagging ceiling where water appears to be gathering - unfortunately our tenant did not notify us of this when it was still a small issue. the insurance assessor has told us the bathroom ceiling will have to be replaced, so we need someone who can do this including removing the existing ceiling, gibb-stopping and painting (with an anti-mould paint). I am still trying to figure out whether to install a heat fan or a shower dome to combat mould and mildew, but if we need to install a heat fan this will need to be done in conjunction with the new ceiling being put in.
