Looking for an experienced tradie to refresh and repair the exterior of our home. The work required includes: - Thorough inspection of exterior cladding, timber trims, and weatherboards for any necessary repairs or replacements. - Surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and sealing any gaps. - Full repaint of exterior walls, trims, eaves, fascia, soffits, and bargeboards. - Repair or replacement of damaged timber areas where required. - Possible minor repairs to concrete foundation or base cladding as needed. We would like a quality, durable finish that will protect the house long-term. Please provide recommendations on paint type and necessary repairs after site inspection.
