Re-paint and repair weatherboard and window surroundings where necessary. House is on the market and we are looking to purchase. Needing some idea of what the job would be worth and need someone to go to property (probably with real estate agent) and give an estimate of how much would be need to be spent and could this estimate be done fairly soon please.
