Painting barge boards, gable ends and soffits in higher areas of single level brick home. Painter to supply all materials including enough paint for fascia boards and soffits on lower areas I can handle myself. Gable ends a rusticated hardiplank or similar painted a pale yellow but want to change this to a charcoal colour. Some of barge boards paint flaked off down to bare wood so preparation and priming required in those areas. Have a preference for Resene paint to be used. Site visit to look over job with owner a requirement.
