Repairs to wallpaper

Rented property has been returned to the landlord (me) and has drawing on the walls of the lounge, hallway and 2 bedrooms that cannot be removed. Walls are wallpapered, different wallpaper in each room and I have some spare wallpaper which may be able to replace the damaged areas, I require a tradesman to determine and quote the following: Option 1 – Using the existing spare wallpaper, if there is enough, replace lengths (from top to bottom) of wall paper Option 2 – if insufficient existing wallpaper – purchase of matching wallpaper to replace full length sections as required Option 3 – If matching wallpaper cannot be sourced – entire room wallpaper is replaced with a suitable alternative Option 4 – All wallpaper stripped, bare walls prepared for painting (which I assume includes plastering) and painted accordingly.
