Paint at Heights.

small alcove that I cannot reach with a ladder. Need to paint from the window sills up to the roof outline. The job has an urgent timeframe to be completed. The ladder for scale is a 5.7m ladder at full extension. I have all the paint, just require someone to paint it on! the area is unable to be reached by scissor-lift
