Lockwood house trim repaint

We have a 100 sq m Lockwood home in Waikanae which needs its trim ie: barge boards, verandah posts, base board, front door etc stripped back to the wood, and three coats of paint applied - one undercoat and two top coats. Varnished soffits in photos not included. Access is good. Most areas which need painting are below 3m in height. Mobile scaffold would be needed to reach the pitch at either end of the house. We would like to get the work completed in springtime, so keen to get quotes now.
