1. Prepare and paint balcony railing two colours (paint supplied), on second storey. 2. Prepare and paint back door (inside and outsire) 3. Prepare and paint inside windowsill approx 2m 4. Prepare and paint front side of house trims: door, door and window sills, posts and beam 5. Paint handrail (yet to be installed). Please visit to quote. Only paint supplied is the decking rails.

Job posted on behalf of my mother. Tong hasn't returned to finish the job (it awaited a handrail installation and my father died in May). He's not replying despite numerous attempts over two months. Really rough for an 87-year old as she's unlikely to get someone else take on ~half a day's work. Otherwise she was very pleased with the work done and we still would like it completed.
