Repair paint damage to an exterior aluminium powder coated wall

Two pipework holes were incorrectly cut into aluminium powder coated cladding (Nu wall cladding) on a new build. Holes were filled but not painted. The house is two storey but the damage is to the lower panels. Not sure if the whole wall needs repainting or whether the damaged area can be blended in. The main area of damage is about 2 square meters. The entire side of the house is approx 60 square metres. There are some other scratches on the paintwork that also need addressing. The paint is Dulux LSG Matt black spray paint.
