prep and paint kitchen ceiling and small wall paper repair

Two tasks; 1, The larger job is finish the prep of the kitchen ceiling, then paint it. It was last painted in the 90s and some paint has started to flake. Pic's show the small amount of flaking left and also where we have already scrapped back the paint to the gibboard. This prep needs to be finished (doesn't need to be scrapped but does need to be sound), then painted. 2, The small job is to neatly do a wall paper repair - which is covering the space left by the removal of a heater. We have a one full roll of the orginal paper and a builder has filled the vent gap. Two pics of this - showing we've replaced the carpet. The property is in Otaki town and vacant. Ideally to be completed by late May.
