Otaki Cottage - exterior paint

Paint Exterior house including roof. Small 70m2 Cottage in Otaki - All surfaces have Already been water well blasted - Existing weather board paint is poorly prepped in 50 % of weather boards (one side of house) . Estimate a good day with 2 staff power sanders and scrapers to prep to a reasonable standard for new primer to adhere and look tidy. Estimate another good day with 2 staff power sanders and scrapers to prep remaining house and roof -to a reasonable standard for new primer to adhere and probaly around 2 days to prep and paint (2 guys/girls) Note : this is an old cottage - .it needs to loo tidy and but not perfectly - sanded right back to wood - just prepped to a level where any existing poorly adhered areas are removed and merged in with good existing patches. Roof iron is in nice condition and will need very little prep - estimate 1/2 day for prep with a labourer and an wire broom - no repairs required - prefer Resene (non oil based) paints. Probably another 1/2 day to paint with two guys. Prefer start asap - 7 Day payment terms are available - 3 -3.5 m Ground to pitch of roof in highest area - Scaffold will be required - clearance around building between boundary & ground conditions will allow for rolling scaffold.
