Re-paint outside of building

We have a store in Otaki, 235 Main Road. It needs to be re painted and have any old written decals removed if cannot be painted over. There are 2 large images, one on each side of the building, these will be staying as is. As per picture what needs to be re-painted is the front of the building, the additional sign on top and the sale sign on front of building. Same colour as the sides on the building.
