Remove wallpaper from the bedroom next to the bathroom. Fix cracks, gaps, holes, and irregularities wherever possible. Repaint all interior walls and ceilings, interiors of window frames, interior and exterior doors and frames. House is currently unoccupied with no furniture. Time frame flexible.
