Kaikoura exterior paint job

We need our house on Torquay painted - 3 bedrooms and lounge downstairs and it has one room upstairs . Bottom is made of garage like material (older style horizontal panels) and top is fibreboard. There is a lower deck on the bottom 2 sides for access to paint the upper level and a top deck on the third side, fourth side would need to be accessed by the roof. It is currently tenanted. The photo is a few years old but gives an idea of the job
