Paint 2 bdrm flat throughout

My flat is 70m2, 2 bdrm, kitchen, lounge, bathroom, seperate toilet and a tiny hallway. The walls and ceiling need painting throughout. However, I would consider to only paint lounge,kitchen and master bedroom if the job is too time consuming/big for the right trades person. Apart from toilet all rooms have wallpaper that I hope to paint over. There is a bit of mould where the bed used to be in the master bedroom so might have to use mould resistent paint. Pictures below show flat before it was cleaned and tidied up
