Painting a House

Hello, I would like to get a quote on Interrior and Exterrior paint for a property in Appleby, Invercargill. The property is approximately 120m2, would require prep work involving removing existing wall paper internally, some patch work, primer and two coats of paint. I would be using a basic white same paint for both the wall and ceiling. Using paint calculators based on 2 coats of paint the result is approximately 50 litres. Externally the roof and walls to be painted the house is approx 10 x 10, with a 3 x 3 to provide a L like shape. The garage is approx 65m2. This property is a rental therefore, affordibilty and durability are two important factors to consider. Regards
