General Painting Job

Hi there- we have a property in Georgetown, tenanted that needs some internal paint touch ups in a couple of areas. The 2x labelled 2 litre tins of paint are sitting with the property manager at Ray White. We need some areas touched up as follows (and pictured): 1) sand back and then paint the bathroom timber ceiling; 2) use remaining paint (from bathroom tin) to paint small toilet room; 3) touch up hallway ceiling starting from the worst point pictured- try to make the paint last for the entire hallway ceiling (but if it doesn't quite stretch that far stop at a sensible/ tidy point). We don't need a showroom finish- just a small freshen up- just one coat- use up all of the paint. Access to the house for the successful person will be granted by the property manager. I estimate this to be around 4 hours of work + a small quantity of sundries (sandpaper/ brush). If keen to help- please respond to this ad and quote your hourly rate. These are high ceilings so a ladder will be required.
