Paint 6 window sills and part of a porch interior

I would like to have 6 window sills and part of a porch interior painted with a bathroom and kitchen paint. Some parts will need a little putty or sally's no more gaps.
Also, I would like to have sally's exterior no more gaps applied outside to any gaps along the window frames.
Basically just want to weatherproof the wood and stop mould growth during winter.
I will provide the paint, putty and the sally's.
