Removal of wallpaper + painting (whole inside of house)

Looking for quotes for the following: Some of the interior walls in the property are wallpapered and some are painted. We need both the wallpaper stripped plus the painted walls sanded back. Then we would be looking for all the walls plus ceiling to be painted bright white. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry, hallway, kitchen plus dining room and lounge. Looking to get this done ASAP. Have started work on one bedroom as seen in the photos. The house area is 80m2.
