Interior painting + minor repairs 80m2 flat

The job is a complete interior paint of this flat - walls and ceiling. Paint will be mould resistant, colours are Dulux champagne springs matt (lounge, kitchen, very small hallway and 2 bedrooms) and Resene alabaster semi-gloss (kitchen cupboards, bathroom, ceilings, wooden doors). Room dimensions are: Lounge - 5400 x 3700 mm, Kitchen - 3370 x 4360 mm, Small Hall - 890 x 2040 mm, Bathroom - 1970 x 2400 mm, Bedroom 1 - 2700 x 3360 mm, Bedroom 2 - 4300 x 3360 mm. Small repairs will be needed before painting (e.g. handle damage behind doors, and a replacement of part of the wooden detailing surrounding the bath (see photo)). Full surface preparation (wipedown with bleach solution to kill any mould, sanding, sugar soap or equivalent) required, prior to applying sealant/undercoat, and 2 top coats. The flat is empty and work can commence immediately. Access is up a shared drive, with unloading space at the site. The site is flat and the building is single storey.
