Job description
I would like a 3 bedroom property painted.Job will include inside of house, all walls, ceilings, scotia, facias & skirtings. Plasterwork as required. ** include estimate for replacement/gib & / or skim of 2 x textured ceilings... contractor to confirm once site access granted. (Specific skim product). ** client to advise on ALL colours & finish. a property we are purchasing we settle on the property on 17th June and would like the renovation completed by 26th June 2019 work can begin on 18th June 2019. The property is in Elmslie, Pinehaven. We will need a quote for the work which probably means that you would have to visit the property. I have an architectural drawing of the building which I can share to facilitate initial estimations of cost and ability to complete the work.

Excellent service. Terry and his team went out of their way to ensure that the job was completed to a very high standard. The service was not restricted to just painting but included, taking down and putting up curtains, removing and replacing wall fixtures to ensure painting was done well etc. There was great attention to detail overall.Only problem is that I am now going to expect the same high level of workmanship from every painter. Extremely satisfied recommend for a stress free service
