Strip and paint a room interior (walls not ceiling)

Bedroom is 3.6m by 3m and 2.4 high, with a window on one wall and a built in double wardrobe on another wall. We need someone to strip the wallpaper from the walls and then prep and paint (particle board underneath we think). Ideally painting the door and trim, wardrobe trim & doors as well as the window trim and sill. Separately happy to also have a quote to remove artex ceiling (no asbestos, it has been lab tested) and paint that - but that's a lower priority)
