Bathroom internal paint quote

I think this wall is glass fibre wallpaper from the early 2000s and needs to be removed all three walls and perhaps painted as I don’t think it can be repaired as cat has scratched it see all pics attached. May need insurance quote (unless can be repaired ?) Can call anytime on ---
