I have 1 double, and 2 smaller bedrooms, a small hallway, and a small toilet room to be painted. It is a 1980's 90 Square Metres, 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet home. The house is very dry and mould free as it has HRV and heat pumps. The existing wallpaper is at least 20 years old; but it appears to be in reasonable condition to be painted over: it needs some edges and corners gluing down, and some small chips and bumps filled. The correct stickback glue and filler are available. I have 4 L of the Resene vinyl wallpaper isolating paint, and 18 L of light coloured 1 quarter Black/White tinted, water based top coat. I have enough water based white interior paint to paint the 5 ceilings, skirtings, architraves, and door surrounds. There are 7 internal doors, and 5 smaller, single wardrobe doors with oil based dark varnish on them. I have the isolator/primer for them to be painted over with water based interior paint. 1 replacement interior door is unpainted, but I have the sealer/primer here for it. If more isolator/primer, or top coat is needed I will supply it. I can clear space in a big, well lit garage for the doors to be laid flat on trestles for sanding and painting. The furniture from the bedrooms can be moved to the lounge area, or the garage while painting is in progress. Airless spraying can most likely be used. We are hoping to put the house on the market late next month, or early in February.
