Havelock North exterior house paint
Job description
Re-paint the complete exterior of 2 bedroom, including attached single car garage, approx. 130 sqm in total residential house. House build 1960, cladded in Cedar. Unfortunately, was painted (not stained) around 19 years and has not been painted since and there is a lot of sun damage. Original paint can be seen as you look close to and up under the eaves. Further down, there is little or no paint left. Window frames are wood, with aluminum window joinery. Some windows are better than others. Worst-case photos are attached.

Cam was great to deal with, had excellent communication, and was very hard-working. Job was for full exterior house paint, which was a very tricky job due to the neglected state of the very old Ceder timber. Cam did a lot of research upfront and along the way to find the best solution to reach an excellent result in the end.
