Exterior paint existing bungalow + new extension

Job is painting the exterior of our 1930s weatherboard bungalow in Resene Merino with Resene Karaka highlights around the windows and doors. Bungalow is 100sqm but we are building an outdoor extension in new weatherboard which will soon be completed and that will also need painting. Contractor could start at the back left corner of the existing building and work around by which time build renovations will be complete.
