One story bungalow, a bit of prep needed, renovations on one side so primed and ready to paint. 110sqm. Can start asap with flexibility around when final bit of new wall (new window + weatherboards) completed. Have chosen Resene colours and would need painter to determine volumes needed or any special additives e.g. heat protection for darker paint.
