Wall preparation for painting

Fix walls, sand over wallpaper or remove wall paper, gib stop where new gib has been inserted. Sealer coat ready for painting. This is a home damaged by the floods with a very limited repair budget. We would prefer an hourly rate. Please only quote if you are willing to be fair and see this as a way of helping a young family back into their home, we are a family in Auckland trying to help a young family we have not met but want to do our bit to help. Job needed as soon as possible please. Thanks in advance.
