Half of a rural 1910 weatherboard house. Flat ground around house with no gardens etc for easy access. We managed to get first half done in lockdown. Will need some prepping - has been let go a bit. Roof painting not needed, I can do that. 20min south of Hastings. Will try to get some photos up later.
