Exterior house Paint / Roof - Longlands, Hastings

I have a rental located in Hastings that Im wanting a quote to paint the exterior. The roof has had a new coat of paint but may need another coat. Its 120sqm has a corrugated iron roof and is weather board except for the front that you can see in the photo - The house isnt too bad - the wall facing the most sun is a bit flaky the rest isnt bad..
