Operation get baby out of parents room

We have had our babies room relined and plastered and we attempted painting but weve done something wrong cause our primer has flaked in places, so may need a light resand, me and my wife are over it, we just need it finished, So at a glance it should just need a Sand & paint a 4×4mtr room, maybe some light plastering in places.
