Looking for a quote to paint the ceiling in the lounge, dining room and kitchen. There are some stains that need painting over. It's a rental property and tenants have been given notice so will need to coordinate job once they move out. The latest move out date will be June 12th but will likely be earlier than that. Living room: 4.0m x 5.9m Dining: 2.2m x 2.9m Kitchen: 2.5m x 2.7m Photos attached to show floor plan with dimensions and to show stains that need covering.
