this is a 90sqm beazley type home, with 3 small bedrooms, it has wallpaper which has been painted over is not noticeable so it does not require stripping, only two colours required throughout house, ceiling is square type tiles with holes in them, looking at laying carpet so need the painting completed first, not much surface painting as this is a small home.
