Applying new wallpapers over the old ones

HI, we have just bought a 3 bedrooms house (floor area 111m). We would like to find someone who can help us apply new wallpapers over the old ones. We can also consider painting the whole house over the wallpapers ( will decide based on the quotation for the 2 options). The current wallpapers don't look bad, we are not seeing any major issues, just want to make the house look newer. Thank you.
