Painting block of units

Looking to purchase a block of units so we are wanting to get a few quotes. Cladding is shadow clad and joinery is aluminium. Building was built in the 90s. The roof also needs painting, along with the fences, trellis’s and garage doors. Ideally we are seeking those that can supply their own scaffolding or potentially work from a cherry picker. The units are current unoccupied so will only have to work around other tradies. Quote is only required for the external of the property but internal painting is up for grabs if the quote is right.
