Sanding and papering

I require some plaster sanded and two drops (not two rolls) of wallpaper hung. I have the paper and paste. The gap to fill is slightly narrower than the drop widths so will require one drop to be scored to leave a clean line without overlap. The wallpaper is textured but not anaglypta and will be painted over. We had a decorator do it (twice!) but he kept screwing it up as wallpapering wasn’t his thing. Hopefully, third time is the charm!
