Repaint Exterior of 140 sqm Brick House

Repaint of the exterior of a 140sqm single story brick house. The existing paint on the brick work is in OK condition, as are the bricks etc. The house has had full soft wash and ready to paint. Colour is Dulex Castlecliff. This includes the wooden window joinery. Again the windows are generally in OK condition with some minor prep work needed. A couple of windows may need some new putty on them. Includes the window joinery, suffits, barge boards and down pipes. These are all in Dulex Okarito. Access can be arranged any time to have a look. We also have a job # --- posted to paint the roof and welcome quotes for both. We also need the inside of the house painted but haven't posted tis job. If you can do interior painting state this in your reply. Ideally the job completed by the 12 Dec 2023 if possible but by 19 January 2024 at the latest.
