Interior Painting

Prep and paint ceilings (2) of approx 4.5 x 8 m and 3 x 4 metres and prep and paint wooden window frames for house, all exterior and some interior. I have already got some paint, Resene Spacecote Low Sheen, for ceilings. Colour is Alabaster and I wish to use same colour for window frames. I have carpet to be replaced, and I would like to get the painting done before that's done.
