Roof Prep and Painting pre 14th January
Job description
We need to have our house roof cleaned and painted before the 14th of Jan. We had a tradesman ready to go but has pulled out. We have other trades doing work after the 15th so need it done before then to allow that to progress. Roof has been re screwed. Iron roof and we are changing colours from existing. Approx 200 sqm. Quote we had specified the following: "PREPARATION PROCESS :Chemical treat and pressure wash roof to remove debris and contamination. :Check for rust and treat with rust treatment neutralizer :Check nails :silicone where required :spot undercoat any bare roofing where required. PAINTING PROCESS :Apply 2 coats of resene summit roof paint" Looking for a long lasting professional job. Job is ready to go if we can find a tradesperson.

Really happy with the service and job. A little more expensive than the other quotes but the job looks to be very well done with the attention to detail we were looking for. Great communication and promptly done, especially given the challenging weather conditions. Also offered some great advice for other projects we had on the go.
