Job description

Exterior Painting
Hamilton

Painting corrugated iron roofs of 1929 bungalow and garage. House is approximately 100sqm footprint and garage is 25sqm. Existing condition is chalky/faded new denim blue, probably last recoated in early 2000s. House roof has been denailed and refixed with tech screws maybe 10 years ago and there is some remaining rust markings left behind from the old nails that will need spot priming with rust killer pre topcoats. Garage appears to be in slightly better condition.and probably just needs recoating. I have 3 x 10 litre buckets of Resene Silver Aluminium for the new topcoats. I’m looking for a sprayed finish please. I’d also like to remove the old tv aerials and satellite dish that are no longer used pre painting. Looking to do this job ASAP. Thanks, Chris
